SAXX Underwear Co. is looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join the team based in Vancouver.

Optimize the digital marketing processes by improving workflows, removing roadblocks, and promoting efficiency in the digital marketing operations. Ensure alignment in digital marketing initiatives and processes that will support building an exceptional customer experience, enhance data quality, and drive digital marketing profitability. Oversee the implementation and operation of SAXX’s loyalty program within the digital marketing channels.

You are results-oriented, hard driving, a have a knack for asking the tough questions while having the analytical ability to validate the answers. You have solid experience in the end-to-end customer experience in a DTC business. You demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, work well in teams, and enjoy solving complex problems.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Be the liaison between the digital marketing team and the internal stakeholders (brand, creative, ecommerce, product, and finance)
  • Own the briefing for all Digital Marketing campaigns and ensures alignment with the creative team
  • Own the multi-channel Digital Marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets to channel owners
  • Create, review, assess, and optimize internal digital marketing processes
  • Review validity of featured products in briefs and digital marketing factoring in their seasonal SOV and inventory investments
  • Monitor feedback from the channel owners and the internal stakeholders to improve process and promote efficiency
  • Assist in updating the periodic reports for each of our digital marketing channels
  • Create documentation of digital marketing processes and procedures
  • Support the management of budgets and invoices
  • Manage and update the Digital Marketing workplan
  • Work with the brand team to coordinate digital assets, including coordination, buildout, and contribute to creative asset briefs
  • Assisting in running and marketing SAXX’s Member Benefits Program
  • Passing creative to relevant stakeholders internally and externally, on-time, in the appropriate formats, and using the correct naming conventions
Required Qualifications:
  • University Degree or equivalent in business, communication or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing operations
  • 2+ years of experience optimizing digital marketing systems and streamlining processes and operations within an eCommerce organization
  • Experience working collaboration tools like Asana and Jira
  • Experience with briefing and reporting
  • Data-driven, results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions
  • Creative, analytical, strategic problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
