The type of shipping services available will show when paying for your order at checkout. Standard shipping service is not available to every country. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see shipping options based on the country of destination.

Important: By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to comply with your local authorities import restrictions and laws. Please be aware that additional taxes and duties may apply to your order when it arrives into the country of destination. See Taxes & Duties .

What is the processing time of each order?

The Order Processing Times is the estimated time between the date an order was placed and when it will leave our warehouse. Our warehouse starts processing your order as soon as received Monday to Friday (we do not currently ship on weekends).

Please allow at least 2-3 business days for the handling of your order prior to shipping.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Taxes & Duties

The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping.

SAXX does not cover duties or taxes. Your country’s customs office may charge you import duties and taxes. The fees incurred for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel and will be charged upon arrival. SAXX has no control over these charges.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all countries except those listed below:

Israel, Italy, Libya, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen.

Please note: This list may vary based on our global shipping partners, and international events that could hinder our ability to deliver our product in a safe and timely manner.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

It is currently possible to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and deliver to apartments and condos with the exception of the countries listed under Shipping Restrictions.

Shipping Options and Lead Times

Standard Shipping: $12.99 CAD, excluding taxes and duties.
Standard shipping is not available to all countries. Please review the table below for the countries where the standard shipping option is available.

International Air Parcel & Xpresspost Shipping: $30.99 CAD, excluding taxes and duties.
Shipping lead times will vary from country to country. Delivery time of your package may be delayed due to your country’s customs clearance.

Is signature required?
Shipments sent via International Expedited Shipping service normally require signature, while the other services do not require signature.

What are the shipping timelines by country of destination?
For all International orders, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process, followed by 8-10 business days for transit.

Please note: We are not able to guarantee shipping times, the information above is a guide only. Please enter your shipping address at checkout for a more precise timeline based on country of destination.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the link to track your parcel’s progress at the Canada Post website. If your country’s mail provider offers tracking on their website, you will be able to use the same tracking number to track your shipment and find the most updated status in local languages. This applies to all shipments under Tracked Packet and Xpresspost services. International Air Parcel shipments are subject to tracking availability on local mail provider’s website.

Loyalty Program

At this time, the SAXX Support Group is only available to customers located in Canada and the USA. It is not available to our International customers. For more information, please refer to the loyalty program FAQs.

Comfort Guarantee

We want you to experience the comfort and performance SAXX has to offer. You can read all the reviews, but we know sometimes you need to try it before you buy it. The Comfort Guarantee policy applies to any SAXX product purchased directly from SAXX or from a SAXX authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, SAXX will provide a full refund within forty-five (45) calendar days of purchase. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable. After 45 calendar days from purchase, this policy no longer applies.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Comfort Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. We can’t attest the SAXX products sold by these sellers are authentic because we cannot control the quality of our products when they are sold by sellers that have no relationship with us.

To take advantage of the Comfort Guarantee, please contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail info@saxxunderwear.com with:

  • your order number
  • proof of purchase
  • the style name and color of the item(s) that you wish to return
  • a brief description of the issue will help us process your request faster (i.e. wrong fit, wrong size)

Damaged/Refused Shipments

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact info@saxxunderwear.com so we can create a solution.

If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.

Redirecting an Order/Address Updates

We are not able to redirect orders or make address updates once the order has dispatched. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
