The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager will…

Provide leadership and support to a growing IT Infrastructure and Support team. This is a unique opportunity to work mostly remote at a fast growing company with a modern technology stack. Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the IT Infrastructure function, including Helpdesk, System Administration, Infrastructure, and Security
  • Own and execute the IT Infrastructure and Security roadmaps to support business growth
  • Establish and continuously improve employee helpdesk KPI
  • Manage and support the business’ work from home requirements ensuring that all employees have a stable and reliable connection to corporate resources
  • Manage and support IT infrastructure including: servers, server O/S, Hyper-V, Cloud server environments, storage, routers, switches, and all other infrastructure and systems components
  • Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive aws and IT risk management program
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging security technologies, best practices, news, and trends
  • Monitor and facilitate adoption of software across the organization
  • Manage relationships and contracts with 3rd party software and hardware vendors
  • Support successful team outcomes by tracking goals, participating in regular one-on-ones, and overseeing work assignments
  • Support the Senior Director Information Systems by providing input into long term planning
  • Support requirements gathering, planning, and sequencing of work plan items
  • Create, approve, and track project budgets, ensuring alignment to the department budget
  • Work closely with cross functional leaders to support efficient business operations
  • Provide business context, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve their best
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities to your team

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in computer science or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in O365 Administration (including Exchange online, AD, etc)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, Mac O/S)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator credential
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network security, firewall, and anti-virus technology and systems
  • Experience with networking using routers, switches and firewalls including the OSI Model and TCP/IP stack
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability to change
  • High degree of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of delivering collaborative and business-focused solutions
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with the ITIL framework
  • Agile certification or experience
  • CISSP, CompTIA A+, and/or CISM Certification
  • CCNA, ACSA, and/or CompTIA Network+ Certification
